 David Dilley
Missions Pastor
Kid of a “Preacher/Evangelist/Missionary,” Dave received Christ at age
4. His diverse spiritual experiences as he grew up included
participation in a non-denominational, store front coffee house where
he witnessed many signs and wonders. His family’s mission work in
Guatemala gave him a heart of compassion for the poor, suffering and
homeless. As an adult, Dave has served in many ministry capacities
including junior high youth leader, young adult leader and youth
leader/pastor. Dave has also been to Venezuela, Argentina and
Guatemala for short term missions. With regard to his secular
vocation, Dave holds a BS degree in Industrial Technology and manages
the AIM (Advanced Integrated Manufacturing) Center at Sinclair
Community College.
Dave has learned that “God is in control of all things and He has us
at a specific place at a specific time to do His specific calling.” He
heartily recognizes that his calling to serve as Hope’s Mission Pastor
is the Lord’s specific mission in His life at this point in his
spiritual journey, and he is pursuing that mission with passion.
Dave and Beth have been married 10 years, and have 5
children.
